Ali-your notes should be more detailed. What size is the tube steel and c-channels. Dimensions would are required also. Even a title to the detail would be helpful.
Did the vertical corner channel change from a tube steel to a c-channel? If so, why?
Ali - my guess is that you are using a steel tube but taking your section cut right through it, which is deceiving. In general you should not cut through structure lengthwise, only in cross section, so this cut should have been done in front of the steel tube. Yes, please add details to drawings as Andrew described, and re-post revised drawing.
