Mock Up Model Ali
This is a mock up of the "hub" I'm working on. I wanted to minimize the mechanical pieces used for this project, having pieces that interlock and slide into each other rather than bolting, screwing, or gluing them. This hub is comprised of a slab that has grooves cut into it, which then 4' x 8' pieces can be slid in and out. The scale of this mock up is roughly 4" x 8".

Ali- it's hard to tell what part of your structure you're trying construct here; maybe you just need other people working with something moving along the track.

ReplyDeleteI'm also confused by this. Not sure if you just don't have enough assembled. Is the "slab" horizontal or vertical? I think you need to post more information.
